Have I told y’all about my fruit salsa obsession? Well. It all started with that peach mango salsa at Trader Joe’s. You’ve had the stuff, right? I used to put it on everything. Eggs. Salad. Chicken. What a weirdo, I know. But then I learned how to make fruit salsa at home, and I’ve been having fun experimenting with my own combinations. My current fave is Grilled Peach and Pineapple.
This salsa would still rock without grilling the fruit first, but I promise it’s worth the extra step. It adds a smokey flavor to the already sweet and spicy salsa. Plus, it just slightly tenderizes the fruit, making it even that much more juicy for the mixture.
